Enter for a chance to have a photo of your pet selected as the favorite of Southwest Newspapers' online readers. One winner will receive a $500 gift card, courtesy of South Metro Federal Credit Union. Five names will be drawn at random from all registered voters to win $100 gift cards, courtesy of South Metro Federal Credit Union.
1. Complete the photo submission form with your favorite pet photo. Photo should be 2" wide or larger and at least 300 dpi.
2. Submissions will be accepted through Sept. 19, 2009.
3. Voting begins Sept. 20, 2009. Votes will be submitted online. Anyone can vote for their favorite pet. Voting ends on Oct. 3, 2009. Registered users may vote once per day for the duration of the contest.
4. Winners will be determined by the total number of votes. There will be one overall winner whose photo will be published online on all Southwest Newpapers' websites.
5. The "Show Us Your Pet" winner's owner will receive a grand prize. Additionally, a random prize drawing of all registered voters will be held with five winners receiving $100 gift cards.
